After experimenting for like a week, it seems the mods are Asian, probably from China since the app's company is based in Hong Kong. When it's between 12 pm and 6 am in China there are no mods which makes sense. It also explains why it's generally poorly moderated since Chinese apps are known for having low moderation and allowing a lot of 'p and animal abuse content to flood their servers. This is a golden opportunity.
